The Southern Saratoga Art Society has member art work on display every month at these local businesses.  If you are interested in displaying in one of these please use the following list for specific venue information.

Clifton Park Town Hall:
Directions: Corner of Vischer Ferry Road and Clifton Park Center Road
Hours: 9AM to 5 PM Monday -Friday
SSAS Coordinator: Sherry Walkup
It is the coordinators responsibility to seek SSAS artists through e-mails and to communicate the set up dates and take down dates, plus getting a short statement about the show to Pat Wade for her adds in the local papers.
Number of works to show: 4 works to be exhibited
Labels on work: Tape label to work with:  title, medium, Price, Your name & contact info
Receptions: not allowed
News Ads: send short ad to Pat Wade (2 weeks before show) so she can advertise the show in the local   papers
Set up and take down dates: To be determined by the coordinator, e-mailed to each artists.
Artist’s Responsibility:
                Be aware of the set up dates and take down dates
                Label your works: title, Artist, Medium, Price & contact info
                If you cannot make the show communicate it to Sherry
                No nudes no political statements
                Send a three sentence statement about your work to Sherry and Pat Wade for the local paper ads.

Note: If you are interested in one of the larger venues, but want to be part of a group, you do not have to organize the group, just let the venue coordinator know how many pieces of artwork you would like to display. They will assign you to a group of other artists.
